Wild Tame Sonic Branding

At Wild Tame, I developed our sonic identity as part of our effort to create immersive brand experiences. 
My goal was to design a sound that genuinely reflected our workplace culture—an environment built for growth, where ideas evolve through curiosity and collaboration.

Challenge

Authenticity: The sound had to be a genuine reflection of our workplace culture; an environment designed for growth, where ideas flourish like the plants around our office, nurtured by collaboration and creativity.
Versatility: It needed to be adaptable across different brand applications, from motion graphics to presentations, ensuring it remained a true representation of who we are.

Approach

Melody as a representation of the creative process: The signature sound follows a so–do–so (ascend, descend, sustain) pattern, symbolizing the spark of inspiration and exploration—our "wild" side. It then resolves with so–fa–mi (descend), embodying a sense of grounding—the "tame" element that refines ideas into something tangible.
